Career Training
Career Training Services prepare participants by providing the tools to develop hard and soft skills, reach career goals, and obtain proper certifications and licenses. Career training coaches are available to assist every step of the way by preparing participants for college-level classes, connecting them to employers and helping to build professional skills and networks.
Workforce Services
The workforce development and employment services support participants in achieving employment and career goals. We connect individuals to employers and provide one-on-one coaching sessions to build vital soft skills for today’s job market.
Youth Services
Youth services at the Opportunity Center are delivered, primarily, by Hennepin County Library and EMERGE to give young people the support they need for learning, school, leadership, and career exploration.
Family & Cultural Services
Partners provide family & cultural services to address financial wellness and wealth building, social services, and safe spaces to express and celebrate specific cultures in the community.
