Partners provide family & cultural services to address financial wellness and wealth building, social services, and safe spaces to express and celebrate specific cultures in the community.

Four Cornerstones of Financial Wellness

The multi-week workshop increases financial management skills in personal finances, financial goals, and credit to set participants up to build wealth.

MFIP/DWP

The Minnesota Family Investment Program (MFIP) and Diversionary Work Program (DWP) both aim to provide families with basic needs while assisting parents in becoming financially stable through work.

Cultural Programming

Hennepin County Library cultural programming occurs through a partnership with the Somali Museum of Minnesota and other cultural organizations to bring dancers and other artists into the space. Oromo and other East African cultures are represented to reflect the diversity within the local community.
